2. What plans does Hoo offer?

We offer two flexible options to meet your needs:

  • Subscription Plans: Enjoy unlimited or set-minute packages each month for a consistent source of comfort and connection.

  • Pay-As-You-Go: Purchase credits as you need them for spontaneous chats or texts with no commitment.

3. How do the subscription plans work?

Our subscription plans offer convenience and value. You can choose from monthly packages that include a set number of minutes or unlimited access, depending on your needs. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly, and you can cancel anytime.

4. What is the code of conduct for texting?

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, we ask that you follow these guidelines:

  • Be respectful and kind.

  • No harassment, offensive language, or inappropriate content.

  • Follow the instructions of your Hoo Advisor to maintain a positive experience.

Violation of these guidelines may lead to suspension of services.

You can easily top up your minutes or messages through the Hoo app or website. Just log in to your account, select “Add Credits,” and choose the package that works best for you.

6. What if I need to cancel my plan?

You can cancel at any time through your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, and your current credits will remain active until the end of the billing period.
